David O’Toole, President and CEO of the Canadian Institute for Health Information (CIHI), will be speaking about transforming health data into strong health policy, with a specific focus on the emerging role of artificial intelligence.

As CIHI’s president and chief executive officer, David O’Toole leads the organization in identifying the health information priorities for Canada’s health care systems, in collaboration with federal, provincial and territorial governments. This includes providing these jurisdictions with integrated health information that contributes to the improvement of population health outcomes and health system performance.
