Title

Language models for many-body physics

Abstract

In this talk, I will discuss our work on using models inspired by natural language processing in the realm of many-body physics. Specifically, I will present two approaches for representing quantum states using language models, and demonstrate their utility in reconstructing quantum states, simulating the real-time dynamics of open quantum systems, and approximating ground states of many-body systems with long-range order, frustration, and topological order. Finally, I will showcase the efficacy of using annealing in these systems for combinatorial optimization, yielding solutions of exceptional accuracy compared to traditional simulated and simulated quantum annealing methods.
