Applied Math Emeritus Professor wins Physics Award

Josef Paldus, Distinguished Professor Emeritus of Applied Math, was awarded a 2015 Neuron Award for Contribution to Science.

The award is given out annually to the top Czech scientists around the world in physics, chemistry, mathematics, medicine and social sciences. Professor Paldus was awarded for his contribution to chemistry.

 

Another Distinguished Professor Emeritus of Applied Math, Jiri Cizek, received the Neuron Award for chemistry in 2014.
