A drop-in workshop that unpacks what society thinks men should be and try to reconcile those standards with what feels good for us as men. (This workshop is often taken first, however it can be completed at any point as an individual session or as part of the certificate).
Throughout the 2023 Spring and Fall terms, the FoE is hosting a series of Wellness Conversation Circles to gather perspectives and insights from FoE students around wellbeing within Engineering including what enhances/contributes to wellbeing and what diminishes/creates barriers to wellbeing. We are also looking for your ideas and suggestions for future programs and initiatives.

A drop-in interactive session to explore the nature of disappointments, challenges, setbacks, and failure; what they can teach us, and how to move past and grow from them.
A drop-in workshop that explores the social location of men in society and how has that impacted our society, the way we grow and move within community, and the way we show up (or don’t show up) for those who need us, such as marginalized groups or those with less power. (This workshop is often taken second, however it can be completed at any point as an individual session or as part of the certificate).
