Thank you for your interest in CEL’s Scheduled Projects support model. This form is the first step towards identifying proposals and letting us know you are ready to start planning.
Each unique project proposal will require a submission of the form. CEL will set up a collaborative OneDrive folder for each proposal and provide access to individuals identified in the form. Each folder will contain a collaborative proposal document with two sections:
- Section 1 - completed by the Dean/Director/Chair requests basic information about the project, including stakeholders and approvals; and
- Section 2 - completed by the course author requests information about the planned layout and timing of the course and/or materials, as well as sample learning material.
A copy of your submission will be emailed to you and the course author when you hit submit.
