If you are taking any on-campus courses all your exams will be held at Waterloo. You can see the date and time in the Registrar's examination schedule. Your assigned seat will be available in Odyssey several weeks before your exam. You will not be able to change this location.
If you cannot write in Waterloo you should read Waterloo's Academic Regulations Related to Assignments, Tests, and Final Exams Accommodations page for details and to see if you are eligible, and then visit our Requesting an alternate exam date page to access the request form.
Elective arrangements (such as travel, co-op interviews, personal plans etc.) are not considered acceptable grounds for changing a scheduled exam. Students are expected to be available for the entire examination period.

AccessAbility Services provides services, support, and academic accommodations for students with temporary, short-term and long-term disabilities, including accommodations for final exams. If you need exam accommodations you must register and schedule your exams with them each term.
