Long COVID is associated with reduced brain oxygen levels, worse performance on cognitive tests and increased psychiatric symptoms such as depression and anxiety, according to new research studying the impacts of the disease.

The Dean's Advisory Committee on Health and Well-being is hosting a Cooking Club for undergraduate students in the Faculty of Health. Students will come together in the CCCARE Kitchen to prepare several recipes and then will enjoy their meal together. Students should bring containers to take home leftovers!

Looking for a great way to destress before exams? Come to the 2nd floor of the Health Expansion Building on April 4 between 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. (ET) and decorate your very own plant pot. We will keep your pot until it dries and return it with a freshly potted plant! All Health undergraduate students are welcome!
