It is a long journey from the first day you arrive on campus to the day you cross the stage at Convocation with your degree in hand. The Faculty of Health invites graduating students to this celebratory event, hosted in honour of your hard work, dedication and accomplishments during your time in Health.
Join Myeengun Henry for a walk around Columbia Lake in honour of Indigenous water activist, Josephine Mandamin! In 2003, Josephine Mandamin began walking around the Great Lakes to raise awareness about water pollution. In response to Indigenous Teachings that water is sacred and is essential for all life to sustain on Mother Earth, we will walk in unity around Columbia Lake to remember our obligation to keep water clean and continue Josephine’s commitment alive.

The Dean's Advisory Committee on Health and Well-being is hosting Mindful Meditation sessions weekly on Tuesdays from 12:30 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. in HLTH EXP 1686. Take a break from your busy day to pause, breathe and cultivate a sense of calm. All students, staff and faculty in Health are welcome!
