It is a long journey from the first day you arrive on campus to the day you cross the stage at Convocation with your degree in hand. The Faculty of Health invites graduating students to this celebratory event, hosted in honour of your hard work, dedication and accomplishments during your time in Health.

Are you interested in embracing your creative side through various games and activities? Want to show off your crafty skills? Come join Sex Educators from the SHORE Centre (formerly Planned Parenthood) of Waterloo Region as they explore sex and relationships through art at their pop-up booth. Open to all undergraduate and graduate students in Health.

Join us for a rejuvenating 1-hour guided yoga session at the BMH Green, where all Health students, staff, and faculty are welcome to de-stress and find their balance. This session is designed to help you relax, reflect, and recharge as we head into the Thanksgiving holiday.

Join Myeengun Henry for a walk around Columbia Lake in honour of Indigenous water activist, Josephine Mandamin! In 2003, Josephine Mandamin began walking around the Great Lakes to raise awareness about water pollution. In response to Indigenous Teachings that water is sacred and is essential for all life to sustain on Mother Earth, we will walk in unity around Columbia Lake to remember our obligation to keep water clean and continue Josephine’s commitment alive.
