In support of spiritual wellness, Weekly Wellness will introduce the final dimension of wellness by hosting pot decorating and planting flowers as a way for individuals to connect with nature. Join us on the second floor of the Health Expansion building to get your painting on and learn more about spiritual wellness! Also, come to the AHSUM lounge all week to improve your intellectual wellness by playing board games and card games with your fellow AHSSIES!
