Block or unblock senders

Please follow the instructions below on how you can block or unblock e-mail addresses in Outlook. Outlook will automatically move messages from the blocked sender into the junk e-mail folder. This can be useful to reduce the amount of spam and potentially harmful content in your inbox.

There are additional instructions for Apple Mail in the Mac section, but it is an unsupported e-mail client with our Microsoft 365 environment, so you may encounter issues.
