Can’t log in to WatIAM
Forgot WatIAM password
- Go to the WatIAM user access page.
- Scroll down to the "Manage your account" section.
- Click the "Forgotten password" heading.
- Enter your WatIAM username and an external email address (not a campus email address).
- Check your inbox for a password reset email, there will be a link in the body of the email.
- Follow the link in the email and reset your password.
Forgot WatIAM userid
- Go to the WatIAM user access page.
- Scroll down to the "Manage your account" section.
- Click on the “Forgotten username” heading.
- Enter an external email address (not your campus email address).
- The engine will email you your userid.
Can’t log in to Nexus
- Try logging in to a different terminal than the one that refused you.
- Refresh or change your WatIAM password:
- Go to the WatIAM user access page.
- Scroll down to the "Manage your account" section.
- Click "Forgotten password."
- Enter your WatIAM username and an external email address (not a campus email address).
- Check your inbox for a password reset email, there will be a link in the body of the email.
- Follow the link in the email and reset your password.
- Once your password is changed, you can try logging in on a Nexus terminal you have not logged in to recently. Sometimes, the Nexus terminal will “remember” the password you entered the last time.
- If you still can’t log in to Nexus, contact the Science Computing Helpdesk.
