Modern authentication is not supported by BlackBerry 10. If possible we recommend switching to an email client which supports modern authentication. Alternatively, if you would like to be able to add your Office 365 email account to your BlackBerry 10 please follow the steps below:
- Email rt@rt.uwaterloo.ca and request an exception for using modern authentication, allowing your account to instead use basic authentication.
- Copy Simon Dinney (sdinney@uwaterloo.ca) and Jason Giles (jason.giles@uwaterloo.ca) on the email.
