Go to the WatIAM user access page.
- Scroll down to the "Manage your account" section.
- Click the "Forgotten password" heading.
- Enter your WatIAM username and an external email address (not a campus email address).
- Check your inbox for the password reset email, there will be a link in the body of the email.
- Follow the link in the email and reset your password.
