Bookable spaces for the Faculty of Science

Bookings can be made by emailing the point of contact. Please be sure to include the date, time and room requested in the email along with any relevant information.  All room bookings are subject to approval by the point of contact. Please note some bookings, including classrooms, may have restrictions on usage.

To book Registrar controlled rooms not listed below, such as basement classrooms in STC, contact Scheduling for all course related events and cstrbook@uwaterloo.ca for all other event inquiries.

Student groups, for any booking, must note the following:

  • Societies and related clubs need to complete the society booking form
  • Waterloo Undergraduate Student Association (WUSA) clubs need to complete the club booking form
  • All other groups should have their staff/faculty liaison make the booking on their behalf

Please provide all relevant information and submit booking requests in advance.
