Two new fields were recently added to the Programs and Plans proposal form in Kuali Curriculum Management: Changes to Learning Outcomes, and Learning Outcomes Change Details, located in the Proposal Details section. Their purpose is to collect information about changes to program learning outcomes so that it can be more easily assessed if the changes are considered a major or minor modification to the curriculum. These fields are only visible when Proposal Type = New or Change.
When preparing a Program & Plan proposal form where the learning outcomes are changing, select Yes for the Change to Learning Outcomes field, and then complete the Learning Outcomes Change Details field with a detailed comparison between the current and new learning outcomes.
