This half-day workshop will explore the unique opportunities and challenges of being an Associate Professor or Continuing Lecturer—and help you plan for the next steps in your career.

What we'll cover:

  • The literature, local stats, working conditions, and challenges for associates and continuing lecturers.
  • What service/leadership, teaching/learning, and scholarship look like in the mid-career stages.
  • Preparing for your next steps (with break-out sessions for associate professors and continuing lecturers).
