Sunday, September 27 in MC 3022 and MC 2061. 
 
All members of the University of Waterloo community are invited to try their programming skill in Scheme, C, C++, Java, or Pascal.

Join us for a panel discussion on the use of clickers in Math and CS lectures, featuring

Schedule of Events:

Three-day programing workshop

This three-day workshop covers an intense 17-hour curriculum designed to give beginners complete, basic programming skills to use in their studies or workplace. It is intended for everyone who wants to learn basics of programming and does not have an opportunity to do so as a part of their studies. Over the course of the workshop, participants will learn the Python programming language through lectures and hands-on sessions, supported by a team of mentors.

Studying abroad opens up a world of possibilities and global perspectives.

This workshop provides a crash course on using statistical methods and software when conducting data analysis in survey research. There will be a hands-on opportunity to conduct basic data analysis using SAS software. This workshop is presented by Dr. Christian Boudreau, Co-director of the SRC, along with Grace Li from the International Tobacco Control (ITC) Project.

Join us on Wednesday, July 24th, and learn how to respond wittily, constructively, and effectively to sexist comments directed toward you or others. Pick up some everyday strategies, and practice employing them in various scenarios.
