    An annual award presented to the full-time and part-time student with the highest academic achievement graduating from the Bachelor of Social Work program.

  • Beverley's Fund for Accessibility

    Beverley’s Fund for Accessibility provides support to Renison-registered students who need accessibility products and are unable to attain them through other means.

  • Jacob Hillerby Memorial Award

    Award Value: TBA

    Term Awarded: Fall

    This award is founded in memory of Jake Hillerby, who seemed destined to be an engineer one day, just like his father and grandfather, but died before he got that chance. This award will be given to an engineering student living in residence at Renison University College.

  • Maple Leaf Fund

    Term offered: Fall, Winter, Spring

    The Maple Leaf Fund supports newcomers to Canada with refugee status who wish to pursue or, in many cases, resume their university studies, but need to improve their English language skills. This scholarship is awarded to one student per term and covers all associated study expenses such as tuition and course materials.

  • President's Special Award for Academic Achievement

    An award presented to a graduating undergraduate student in the fall and spring in recognition of high academic achievement.

  • Renison Entrance Scholarships

    These entrance scholarships are automatically given to students who are entering full-time undergraduate studies at Renison University College. Admission averages are used to determine eligibility.

  • Rev'd Gerald T. Churchill Memorial Entrance Scholarship

    This entrance scholarship is given to the student with the highest overall admission average.

  • Social Development Studies (SDS) Equity and Diversity Scholarship

    Value: up to $6000
    Application: Individual

    This award is given to a student who has applied to full-time studies at Renison University College for Fall 2024 in Social Development Studies or the Honours Arts or Honours Arts and Business program, with Social Development Studies as a subject of major interest. Priority will be given to students from marginalized communities and have experienced barriers to higher education.

  • Student Urgent Need (SUN) Bursary

    The SUN bursary gives temporary financial support to Renison students in times of urgent financial need. This bursary is meant to provide one-time, temporary help and not to address an ongoing need.

    This award is given to a student who has applied to full-time studies for Fall 2024 in the Master of Social Work program. Priority is given to students from marginalized communities and have experienced barriers to higher education.

  • Town & Gown Society Entrance Scholarship

    This entrance scholarship is given to a transfer student who is entering full-time students in the Social Development Studies at Renison University College.

  • Yuen-Mei Cheung Chan Scholarship
