Why I love my program
The best part about my program is the sheer versatility. While the required science courses, such as organic chemistry and physiology, provide you with the necessary background knowledge and skills to pursue medical school, the program's flexibility allows you to explore your other interests. Along with courses one would expect, my program has allowed me to take classes that I find interesting and love unrelated to medicine, like classical mythology and aviation.
Why University of Waterloo?
I chose the University of Waterloo because of the opportunities to gain valuable experience. Co-op, EDGE, and the various research and volunteer opportunities on campus allow you to gain real-world experience in fun and exciting ways.
