How I get involved: I met a lot of great people through the Science Ambassador program! Meeting like-minded individuals who want to spread the word about science, and how cool the programs and faculty are. Joining clubs is also a great idea, meeting friends in your year & program really help you ease into the university lifestyle, and allows you to participate in various events

Why I love my program

For me, it was always about the math and physics; I love math, and I love physics. The beauty I see every day is rewarding beyond comprehension. My program allows me to be exposed to beautiful works of art: math equations, problems, solutions, and unending adventure within the realm of physics. I consider this program as a medium to truly experience what I find joy in, to work on, to solve, and to truly enjoy these problems

Why University of Waterloo?

The university has always been on my radar since I was younger, co-op is an amazing opportunity, as well as the chance to be in the same town as the Perimeter Institue. I expected waterloo to be difficult, and it was, but knowing that I would be working alongside bright, and like-minded individuals, was definitely a factor in choosing Waterloo.
