MATES is a peer support program for students who are experiencing social difficulties, and transitional challenges adapting to university life or different cultures. - Waterloo Indigenous Student Centre (WISC)
Provides support for Indigenous students of all backgrounds and with all levels of cultural knowledge through a holistic lens: cultural, academic, wellbeing, and social engagement. - Move Your Mind
Move Your Mind is a peer-to-peer program that helps students break down barriers to getting active, by matching students with a student volunteer do help them find an activity they enjoy doing to get moving. Students of all abilities are welcome and can sign up by going to the Move Your Mind website. - Empower Me: Mental Health Resources
