Our executive Chef Javier Alacro leads our culinary creativity. After rich national and international culinary experience, Javier decided to join the UW Food Services team for a new experience, different learning opportunities and was looking for stability with a talented group such as the University of Waterloo. We have over nine Chefs on campus who work hard to make sure we serve flavourful, high quality, home-cooked meals across campus.
