  • Students can take up to 3 inactive terms off
  • Students on maternity leave can take up to 5 inactive terms off
  • Students can choose to go part-time if working
  • Please obtain supervisor’s signature prior to sending to Graduate Studies Administrator

Forms

Graduate program forms must be signed by yourself and your advisor (or instructor in the case of drop/add forms) and submitted to the Graduate Studies Administrator in EV3 3211.

Supervisor Change, Change of Enrolment Status/Withdrawal, Course Drop/Add, and Petition for Extension forms can be found on the Graduate Studies Office forms page.
