2022 Global Summit: Nanotechnology for a Healthier and Sustainable Future

Nanotechnology is a powerful tool that can be utilized to create a sustainable, healthy, and prosperous future. Through the 2022 Global Summit we hope all attendees will appreciate the opportunities that nanotechnology can provide along with understanding its limitations so that they can be addressed. The Global Summit will bring together people from all over the world who are interested in improving global health in terms of nanotechnology, sustainability, digital health, and equity, diversity & inclusion (ED&I).

Registration has opened for the Ontario Ecology, Ethology, and Evolution Colloquium (OE3C – oe3c.ca) being held at UWaterloo from 02-04 May 2024. This is a great opportunity for Biology students to showcase their research and network with academics across Ontario while staying close to home. 

FREE GRADUATE REGISTRATION for UWaterloo graduate students that present research they have conducted or assisted with (maximum 20 undergraduates and 20 graduates).

Fusion Conference 2024

The Fusion Conference, operating since 2004, is a conference hosted at the University of Waterloo that merges knowledge from science, business, and technology fields through a unique theme each year. The theme of the 2023 Fusion Conference is "20 Years of Innovation: A Look Back and a Leap Forward", inviting students to explore the changes and challenges of technology and craft innovative solutions for a sustainable future. Registration is first-come and first-served depending on interest of case competition participation - registrants will be placed on a waitlist if the building capacity is exceeded.

This year's Conference will be held on November 16th, 2024 at Federation Hall, University of Waterloo.
