Tuesday, December 29, 2015 — 5:30 PM to 10:30 PM EST

Support our local hockey team this winter as they face off against our fierce rivals, the London Knights! Due to the popularity of such games, payment is due by December 13th, in the Student Success Office (Cash only). The tickets are $22, we will take the GRT to the stadium from UW, or students are also welcome to meet at the location.

This event is fun for all, hockey lover or not, as you will have the chance to show up on the big screen at the arena and see one of Canada’s greatest sports being played live!

Saturday, December 26, 2015 — 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM EST

Looking to score some great Boxing Day shopping deals? Then this is the event for you! Take a public transit with us to Fairview Park Mall, which is the largest shopping centre in the KW area. Shop till you drop, or take advantage of the amazing food court. You are more than welcome to bring friends along if you would like!

Please meet at the Turnkey desk in the Student Life Centre at 9am December 26. All students participating in Winterloo events are expected to carry their UHIP/OHIP cards at all times.

Friday, December 25, 2015 — 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM EST

Celebrate this holiday season by coming down to the Student Life Centre for some good times and good memories. Enjoy fun events such as gift stealing (come with 1 gift to play this game – Although this is not mandatory), playing a wide variety board games and walking through the beautiful, decorated park with new friends, old friends and family. Things will kick off at the SLC (where you’ll also get free food!) and then there’ll be a leisurely stroll to the Waterloo Park, which will be decorated with bright lights and holiday decorations.

Kick off the holidays and relax after exams by joining the Winterloo crew on a fun bowling excursion!

We will meet at the Student Life Centre (Turnkey Desk) and take the GRT to the bowling alley, located at 11 Ottawa St. North, Kitchener.

The cost of this event is $15 per person, which includes 2 hours of bowling, shoe rental, and taxes. Pizza lunch will be provided to those that attend.

If any of these statements describe you, come out to a workshop that will help you ‘Organize Your Time for Midterms and Exams.’ You will learn how to make sufficient time to study for all of your exams, how to minimize your stress around planning for exams and how to create your own organizational study plan.
