In this workshop, you will:
Are you graduating this term and intend to work in Canada? You may be eligible for the Post-Graduation Work Permit. This is a once in a life time opportunity and the application must be submitted within 90 days of completion of degree requirements. We will cover this application process, as well as how to create your MyCIC online account and when to apply for a Temporary Resident Visa. Bring your laptop in order to complete your MyCIC account registration as we progress through the workshop.

How does the power of diversity create better groups/teams? How are diversity and motivation linked? The purpose of this workshop is to explore these questions.
Do you find yourself panicking the night before an exam? Do you find that you forget everything you have studied when you start an exam? This workshop can help you establish a good test taking routine and reduce your test anxiety. We will also discuss how to create a final review and how to cram effectively.

What does "global citizen" mean to you? This workshop will explore thinking globally and appreciating cultural diversity - factors important for future leaders and their ability to adapt to the ever-changing and challenging work/team environment.

Do you want to apply for a new Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) to return to Canada before you leave? Do your parents need a TRV to enter Canada to attend your convocation? This workshop will focus on preparing an application for a TRV inside and outside of Canada. We will look at the application procedure, assessment criteria, and required documents including how to write an invitation letter.
