Chapter three of the Community Leadership Certificate (CLC). Examine traditional workplace hierarchies and explore methods to leverage team members' strengths for inclusivity.
Learning Outcomes for Collaborative Team Building:
1. Build an understanding of anti-oppression from a strengths-based framework.
2. Describe the concept of tokenization and how it can impact authentic collaboration.
3. Discover how to action anti-oppressive collaboration in your leadership practice.
The Community Leadership Program (CLC) is an opportunity for students to explore the intersections of anti-oppression and leadership while developing skills and tools to support them in their time on campus as well as into their transition to career.
Students are asked to complete the workshop in sequential order as follows:

2. Leading with Curiosity
3. Collaborative Team Building
4. Harm Reductive Communication and Conflict Resolution
