Exploring Leadership (SLP)

Leadership has been described as 'evolving self-discovery' – we learn leadership through experience, feedback, reflection, role models, theory and discovering our passions and goals. Within this session leadership will be explored as a capacity that all members within a group possess.

By attending this workshop, you experience, understand, and develop broad leadership concepts:

• Defining what leadership means to you
• Learn and understand leadership theories (past and current)
• Reflect on your own leadership experiences
• Share leadership advice with other students
