Leadership has been described as 'evolving self-discovery' – we learn leadership through experience, feedback, reflection, role models, theory and discovering our passions and goals. Within this session leadership will be explored as a capacity that all members within a group possess.
By attending this workshop, you experience, understand, and develop broad leadership concepts:
- Defining what leadership means to you
- Learn and understand leadership theories (past and current)
- Reflect on your own leadership experiences
- Share leadership advice with other students
