Interpersonal communication and leadership

This session is for first-year students only. Attend this workshop to identify and develop effective interpersonal communication skills. You will learn to:

• Assess the importance of non-verbal cues
• Listen effectively
• Understand different leadership styles and your preferred style
• Reflect on virtual communication
