Interpersonal Communication (Virtual)

Leadership requires us to connect with others and every leader has their distinct way of adapting their communication. Do you have a variety of communication and leadership styles?

By attending this workshop, you identify and develop effective interpersonal communication skills including:

• Assessing the importance of non-verbal cues
• Listening effectively
• Understanding different leadership styles and what is your preferred style
• Reflecting on virtual communication
