Learning Outcomes for Leading with Curiousity:
1. Build an increased sense of self-awareness and self-compassion.
2. Discover how to use curiosity as a tool to build an anti-oppressive leadership practice.
3. Understand the concepts of Intersectionality and Positionality.
The Community Leadership Program (CLC) is an opportunity for students to explore the intersections of anti-oppression and leadership while developing skills and tools to support them in their time on campus as well as into their transition to career.
Students are asked to complete the workshop in sequential order as follows:
1. Foundations of Collaborative Leadership
2. Leading with Curiosity
3. Collaborative Team Building
4. Harm Reductive Communication and Conflict Resolution
