Known issues

  • May 8/24 - Printing proposals to PDF in Chrome or Edge adds page breaks unnecessarily; this action can be done in Firefox and Safari without any issue.
  • June 4/24 - Changes to the Status field are not recorded in the Audit Log.

Notice board

  • Service interruption - Proposal submissions are being paused during the evening of Thursday, March 5, 2026 for planned database maintenance. Proposal submissions will resume during the morning Friday, March 6, 2026.
  • Service interruption - WatIAM authentication will be unavailable Wednesday, March 4, 2026 from 7-8 a.m. due to a planned maintenance window. As a result, users will not be able to sign in to WatIAM-dependent systems, such as Kuali Curriculum Management.
