Welcome to Columbia Lake Village-North! Columbia Lake Village-North consists of 167 furnished units for grads and 82 unfurnished townhouses for families. Each townhouse is complete with two private lockable bedrooms, 1.5 shared single-occupancy lockable bathrooms and a shared laundry room. This residence also includes shared amenities in the Community Centre and there is one all-gender washroom located in the Community Centre.

Contracts: 4-month renewable contracts (Fall, Winter or Spring) for graduate students and families. We also offer a 2-term non-renewable contract for newly admitted graduate students.

Assignments: Graduate students must typically live in Columbia Lake Village South before they can request a future change to Columbia Lake Village North. Students in each townhouse share single-occupancy lockable bathrooms, a kitchen, common area and laundry room. For family housing, each student and eligible family member/s are assigned to each townhouse.

Amenities

Access to a front desk in the community centre (hours here). The front desk offers: printing, stamp purchases, parcel pick-up and mail distribution. You can also visit the front desk to sign out equipment, facilities, movies and games. Looking to get mail delivered to your residence? Find your mailing address.
In the Community Centre residents have access to pool tables, ping pong, foosball, board games and movies.
Residents are able to book shared rooms and spaces for group meetings or study sessions.
