There is no office or front desk at Minota Hagey.

Any questions or concerns from Minota Hagey residents should be directed to the:

  • Village 1 front desk in the fall and winter terms 
  • CMH/UWP front desk in the spring term

Notice something in your room, unit, or floor that needs to be repaired? 

Contact the maintenance team for your residence building and include your unit number, name, and student ID:

Maintenance can also support requests for changing smoke detector batteries, pest issues, leaks, and more. Please reach out if you experience any issues. 

For urgent issues requiring immediate attention outside of business hours, contact your residence's front desk.

Columbia Lake Village North mailing address

Mail is delivered weekdays by Canada Post. Each townhouse has an assigned mailbox – Community mailboxes for CLV North are located in North Parking Lots.  For specific information about your assigned mailbox please refer to the stick attached to your mail key; CLV Families only – refer to the red label on the bottom of your key envelope. This information can also be obtained by asking the staff at the CLV Front Desk. Canada Post and other courier companies will deliver packages/parcels directly to the CLV Front Desk, located in the CLV Community Center. You will receive email notification once your item has been received and is ready for pick up. Please have your WatCard with you when picking up your item. 

*Note: Do not include University of Waterloo or the name of your residence (i.e. Beck Hall) in the address. If you include these pieces of information your mail will be sent on campus and eventually be returned to sender. It must come directly to the address below in order for you to receive it.
