Welcome to the New Residence Building (NRB) on campus, planned to open in 2027! NRB is designed for mixed-year accommodation and has a mix of traditional and suite-style rooms. Each floor has four 2-bedroom apartments/suites, one Don suite, 14 double rooms, and 14 single rooms, with a total of 51 students living on each floor. The apartments each have their own kitchen and washroom. There are ensuite washrooms between each traditional-style bedroom so four students in double rooms will share one washroom and two students in single rooms will share one washroom. This residence includes other shared spaces such as a lounge on each floor that includes two stoves and two fridges.

Assignments: Students in double rooms will be assigned with students with the same gender. Students who identify as the same gender would share adjoining washrooms for both single and double rooms.

- You can visit the front desk to sign out equipment, keys, and games. Looking to get mail delivered? Find your mailing address. Note that mail/parcel delivery and pickup for this residence is located at the Claudette Millar Hall front desk.
- WatCard operated laundry facilities in the community centre.
- The community centre has gathering spaces equipped for smudging, a multi-faith room, counselling, wellness, and sensory spaces, and all-gender washrooms.
- The closest eatery and gym is in Claudette Millar Hall, accessible through the bridge connection.
- Residents can book shared rooms and spaces for group meetings or study sessions.

All bedrooms include:

Understanding your NRB assignment
There are 10 floors in addition to the Community Centre, located on the ground and second floor. Student bedrooms will be on floors 3-12. Bedrooms on the third floor are designated 3XXX followed by A or B (e.g., 3007A).
