Food Services is proud to offer a brand new eatery in the New Residence Building.  The Market will provide a multitude of options from prepared foods, made to order options, the campus’ biggest salad bar to produce and take away meals to enjoy later.

The Market will have:

Booster Juice: A Booster Juice will be in the eatery ready to make you your favourite smoothies.

Chef & the Farmer: Our famous local grill is where you will find 100% all-beef fresh, never frozen burgers, French fries made in house, and a huge selection of grilled items including chicken, Portobello and veggie options!

FreshXPRESS Entrees: These will be cold meals you can take back to your suite or room to heat up when you’re ready to eat them.  Some will require assembly such as our stir-fry kits. Don’t worry – they come with instructions!

Creation Station: Offering a rotation of customizable meals including omelets, pastas, curries, stir fries and more!

Hot Dish: Your go-to for international meals! Offering a wide selection of hot entrée options, all weighted, so take a lot of one, or a little of everything!

Barra de Burrito: You asked for it and we brought it, customizable burritos or burrito bowls!

The Deli: Local meats from Stemmler’s Deli on artisan bread or wraps with all the fillings you could want!

Upper Crust: Get your own customized wood-stone pizza, quesadilla or nachos here.

The Carvery: Offering flat bread pizzas during lunch and carved meats and specialty items during dinner.  You won’t want to miss this station

Micro-Grocery Store: We’ll also be offering many grocery items for convenience – such as milk, eggs, dried pasta and sauces, and a ton of fresh produce including lettuce, carrots and other vegetables and fruits such as bananas, apples and much more!
