The Psychology Department recently received word that Dr. Jonathan Fugelsang has been awarded the 2025 The Canadian Society for Brain, Behaviour and Cognitive Science (CSBBCS) Mid-Career Award.
This award is granted to an individual:
- whose research has been sustained and meritorious and has enhanced the knowledge base of the brain, behaviour, and cognition
- who has a promising record of training of students, postdoctoral fellows and colleagues who have had a significant impact on brain, behavior, and cognitive science, and
- who is emerging as a leading theorist or spokesperson for the discipline.
We couldn’t agree more with the awards committee’s assessment that Jonathan meets every single one of those criteria! Please join us in congratulating Jonathan!
