The FAUW Equity Committee is seeking nominations for the 2025 Equity & Inclusivity Award.
Nominations will be accepted up until May 9, 2025.

Call for nominations: Board of Directors
FAUW is seeking nominations for six director seats:
- Four at-large directors, for a 2-year term
- One director representing teaching stream faculty, for a 2-year term
- One director representing Mathematics, for a 1-year term (to bring this role back in line with other faculty rep seats)
All terms begin July 1, 2025.
If you would like to run for a director seat, please complete the FAUW elections forms and submit to FAUW by 4:30 p.m. on Monday, March 17, 2025.

Workshop: Making the most of your mid-career years
You've gained tenure or permanence...now what?
This workshop explores the unique opportunities and challenges of being an associate professor —and helps you plan for the next steps in your career. It is open to all faculty who have achieved tenure or permanence in the last two (or so) years, including those getting it this year!
This workshop will cover:
- Preparing for your next steps (with break-out sessions for associate professors, tenure stream and associate professors, teaching stream)
- The literature, local stats, working conditions, and challenges for associate professors
- What service/leadership, teaching/learning, and scholarship look like in the mid-career stages
