Psych 499B: Oral Presentations

Instructions for scheduling oral presentations

Presentation dates, times location:

  • Presentation dates: This will be decided based on your schedule, your supervisor, and your thesis reader. 
  • Presentation times: Same as the date, based on your schedules. 
  • Location: Online or by room booking (contact Claudia)

Oral presentations are scheduled on around your schedule during the university's lecture period. Discuss a mutually agreeable date and time with your supervisor, then email Claudia Labahn with the date and time you'd like to schedule your presentation. Include your full name, UW id number, name of your thesis supervisor, what term you're enrolled in 499B, and the title of your presentation.

If there are extenuating circumstances and you need to request an alternate presentation date (e.g., you or your supervisor have class during the regular presentation times), please email your request to Claudia, clearly outline the circumstances and reasons for the request, and include at least two alternate dates and times that you and your supervisor would both be available for your presentation.
