Dr. Wendi Adair discusses Indigenous Workways, which is a collaborative research effort among scholars and Indigenous education centres across four recognized Southwest Ontario institutions—University of Waterloo, University of Windsor, Wilfrid Laurier University, and Conestoga College.
The project's work is centred within each institution’s Indigenous student centre and includes engaging with Indigenous alumni — an important part of the project, says Adair, for understanding their career experiences and providing mentorship to current Indigenous students.
