Most offers of admission have conditions that need to be met by a certain date (usually over the summer).
Conditions can include submitting final transcripts, achieving a specific grade in a required course, having a minimum final average, and sending English language requirements.
Conditions and deadlines will be listed in the applicant portal. If you fail to meet your admission conditions by the deadline, your Offer could be revoked. If you’re concerned that you may not meet your conditions, email the admissions office.
We'll need official documents
We can use unofficial transcripts to review your application and make an admission decision. However, if you receive an offer of admission, you'll need to request official transcripts be sent directly from your school, ministry/department of education, or English-language test results organization.
Transcripts and documents which are emailed, faxed, or uploaded to the applicant portal are not official and cannot be used to meet the conditions on your Offer of Admission.
How to see if your conditions have been met
Conditions listed in your applicant portal checklist will be changed to "Completed" status after we've received and reviewed applicable documents. Official, final documents must be received by the deadline listed in the portal.
Once you submit your documents, please continue to regularly check your checklist in the applicant portal for updates to the status of your conditions. Conditions are often completed between June and August.
