"I love waiting in lines!" said no one, ever.
Food Services heard the cries and complaints of long lines in Brubakers, Student Life Centre, and realized something needed to change. Enter the mobile ordering app. Created to service our customers and make picking up a bite to eat as easy as possible. With a few clicks and taps, anyone can order a meal in under 30 seconds, customizing it to their liking and using their free time for more important things than standing in lines.
More than just saving time, the app offers other benefits including a loyalty program in which users collect points every time they place an order, rate their order or invite friends to join. These points can be entered into draws for free food and credit on the mobile ordering app.
What can be ordered on the app? Quesada, Shawarma Hub, Pita Pit, Subway and Pizza Pizza.
Do you need to be a student or have a WAT-ID to use the app? Everyone is invited to use the app! However, only students can use their Watcard.
How can you pay? UW Students can use their Watcard, and everyone can use VISA or Mastercard.
