This Week’s Nutrition Month Tip: There are a lot of ways to make our food choices more sustainable. Choosing reusable storage options, looking for less packaging at the store, buying local, and choosing more plant-based foods are a few that come to mind for me. Ask yourself what is one new sustainable action you can take when it comes to food and meals?
