Geography and Aviation admission requirements for Indian system students

Program requirements

  • Standard XII Mathematics (or Standard XII Applied Mathematics) and Standard XII English, minimum final grade of 70% in each.
  • Strongly recommended: one of Standard XII Physical or Environmental Science.
  • Overall 80% Standard XII.

General requirements

First or Second Division standing in one of the following.

  • All India Senior School Certificate awarded by CBSE.
  • Indian School Certificate awarded by CISCE.
  • Other pre-university certificate awarded after 12 years of academic studies.
Students will be evaluated for admission based on 10th board examination results, final 11th school grades, and predicted Grade 12 board results from your school.

Notes

Qualified applicants will be asked to complete a screening process by the Waterloo-Wellington Flight Centre that includes

  • Program briefing session
  • Transport Canada Category 1 Medical Certification
  • Permanent Residents and international students must complete the Aviation Language Proficiency Test (ALPT). The medical exam must be completed prior to writing the ALPT.

Submitting the Admission Information Form is recommended for admission.
