Pharmacy admission requirements for Ontario high school students
Program requirements
- Successful completion of at least two full years of university studies with specific course requirements.
- Acuity Insights Casper Assessment, supplementary information forms, letter of reference, and interview are required. Visit the School of Pharmacy website for details.
Admission average
Minimum overall university average of 75%.General requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of six Grade 12 U or M courses, including all required courses.
- Grade 12 U or M courses must be completed through schools that are accredited by the Ontario Ministry of Education.
- Admission averages depend on the number of applications received and the number of spaces available. The range listed above is based on previous years.
Notes
- High school students and year one CEGEP students (with a minimum of 12 semestered academic courses) may qualify for Conditional Admission to Pharmacy status.
