Congratulations to Dr. Myra Fernandes who has been selected as the incoming Governing Board Chair of the Psychonomic Society! The Psychonomic Society is the preeminent international society for the experimental study of cognition and has over 4,300 scientist members.
Myra has a long history of service to the Psychonomic Society. She currently chairs the Workshop Committee and serves on the Fellows and Program Committees. As a member of the Governing Board, Myra co-chaired the Strategic Planning Committee, guiding the development of the Society’s 2024-2030 Strategic Plan.
Myra will serve as Chair-elect in 2025 and as Chair in 2026.
