The Grand Valley Human Resources Professionals Association (GVHRPA) has established an award, valued at $1,000, awarded annually to an undergraduate student at the University of Waterloo who has demonstrated academic excellence and a commitment to the Human Resources profession.
Please read carefully the information and eligibility criteria for this award.
You’ll note that a GVHRPA membership is one of the eligibility criteria for this award. GVHRPA is aware that students may be submitting membership applications now in order to be eligible for this award. This will not be viewed unfavorably by the Association. You should submit your application for a ‘Full-Time Student Member’ at the pro-rated fee indicated, and you can apply on-line, by mail, or by fax via the GVHRPA website. Please submit a copy of your membership application with your award application.
Applications and reference letters must be submitted to my office by 4:00pm February 13, 2009. Final selection will occur on or about March 1st.
