Inclusions:
- Regular full-time and part-time staff that have served at least one year by the start of the first module
- Employees with direct reports
- Employees new to supervision or management (less than 3 years' experience)
Exclusions:
- Non-regular employees who are not in supervisory or management positions and do not have direct reports
